Gartner, Inc. is based out of Stamford, Connecticut and is considered to be the best place to go for information technology research and advisory company.  With this in mind, Gartner has released an annual report regarding the Gartner Hype Cycle, which reports on more than 1,900 of the latest trends involving technology, security, and IT.  What exactly does the Gartner Hype Cloud do? The market demand:  Technology is changing every day, and how is it that a company can keep up with the changing technology?  Gartner uses a model of the Hype Cloud and with it they help companies understand the way technology is changing and helps them also understand the demand for such technology on the open market.

Gartner Hype Cycles model:  This model is a graph that shows exactly how technologies and applications can deal with business issues and what new opportunities they can be used for.  This model also shows how technology will change over the course of many years, and how technology will be a good source to help any company meet their future business goals.

Cloud computing:  These days many different companies are now offering cloud technology, however not everyone is truly using the cloud technology to its fullest potential.  Many people that decide to give cloud technology a try end up being disappointed if they go with the wrong company. Cloud technology is fairly new, and like all new technology it will undoubtedly change in the near future.  Experts state that within the next two to five years, there will be a major transformation in how cloud technology will work and be used.  Experts also predict that within the next decade, there will be a hybrid cloud infrastructure, which will be a cloud community.

The future:  Cloud computing is new and there are many big things expected of it in the future.  Experts are saying that within the next two to three years, cloud computing will be so big that a personal computer will be obsolete and people will have their own personal cloud in which people will be able to upload their own information to.  Cloud computing is growing every day and more companies are turning to it instead of their existing networks.   What more can be done with cloud computing?
